Slow Flow Restoration - Yoga Series

RELAX * UNWIND * SET INTENTIONS Carve out the time to unwind, set your clear intention for the week to come. As you come to the mat allow your body and mind to connect to breath, body, and soul with gentle Slow Flow Restoration. About the event There's no doubt getting back into the swing of things during the fall transition can be stressful yet exciting. Let's start this season out right! This class is a powdering of slow moving vinyasa, restorative yoga, mantra/chanting, pranayama, mudra and meditation. Each class will have similarities, but I will guarantee you won’t have the exact same cookie-cutter class week after week. Important Notes Level: Beginner & Beyond Bring: Mat, Bolster, Blanket (s), Block, Eye Pillow (or a Scarf/Hand Towel) Wear comfortable clothes you can move and rest in. Invite your favorite friends for a special treat!

Slow & Steady - A Grounding Practice (Devanadi Yoga)

GROUND * STABILIZE * EMBODY Register with DEVANADI YOGA LIVE or LIVESTREAM event. ZOOM details are in the Registration Confirmation email. Be sure to have your Notifications turned on in your profile. Seasonal transitions are especially difficult on our bodies and minds. As we come off the heat, humidity, and bustle of Summer let's intentionally welcome Fall energy by focusing on grounding. In this session we will energetically calm Vata by softening your entry into Autumn. This practice will help you reduce anxiety, have better quality sleep, and cultivate more calm and peace. Recommended Props: Yoga mat, blanket(s), bolster, eye pillow, practice journal. Level: All levels Cost: $25 ($20 for Devanadi 235/340 TT alumni students) CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds/transfers. If you have to miss class, you will receive a link to the recording valid for 1 week. + FREE for students attending the Free Info Session following the workshop.
