Seasonal transitions are especially difficult on our bodies and minds. As we come off the heat, humidity, and bustle of Summer let's intentionally welcome Fall energy by focusing on grounding. In this session we will energetically calm Vata by softening your entry into Autumn. This practice will help you reduce anxiety, have better quality sleep, and cultivate more calm and peace.
Recommended Props: Yoga mat, blanket(s), bolster, eye pillow, practice journal.

Meet Your Teacher: Mary Langfield
Mary Langfield is the passionate heart behind Nurtured a wellness initiative based in Minneapolis, dedicated to intentional, soulful living. As a Certified Health Coach (IIN), 500-hour yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and trained in Ayurveda, Tibetan medicine, Thai massage, homeopathy, and flower essences, Mary offers a truly unique, integrative experience.
Once caught in cycles of exhaustion and perfectionism despite “doing all the right things,” Mary reinvented her own wellness path through holistic education and embodiment.
