I know you think that that’s the problem!
This time of year doesn’t help. Oh no, instead it stirs the pot spewing shame, guilt, and judgment whipping you into a distracted frenzy!
You don’t need to fix your relationship with food…that’s not the problem either.
I know you think that if you could just adhere to the calorie deficit, protocol, juice cleanse, etc. the weight wouldn’t be an issue.
If you could just find the motivation…you could stop obsessing about your weight and food and finally go about living your life peacefully.

Listen to your heart and honor that your needs are NOT being met and food or drink is just filling a void.
Numbing out to your difficult and overwhelming feelings and emotions is a way many of us cope.

The challenge it’s that your HEART and SOUL are not being tended to.
You can’t FORCE yourself to follow rules by DENYING even more of yourself.
For far too long your inner wisdom has been trying to help you take notice.
So if you are “failing” at a diet or protocol…it’s not because you need to try harder it’s because you aren’t listening to the HEART.
That gaping hole of need in your stomach is actual your SOUL screaming out for you to take notice.
It’s time to stop focusing on the external things, it’s time to turn inward.
This year…make a commitment to SELF.
You are a beautiful BEING, start BEing and listen to your Soul.
Stop DENYING all that you are and FORCING yourself into some sort of “acceptable” box.
YOU CAN DO THIS! I believe in you!
It’s time you put your attention on all that you are and embrace your awesomeness!
