Not to perform.

But to simply reconnect.
This Women’s Circle & Monthly Reset is a space for women who are ready to step out of survival mode and recommit to caring for themselves in a deeper, more sustainable way.
Together, we’ll gather in community to breathe, reflect, soften, rest, and remember what it feels like to actually hear ourselves again.
Through gentle movement, meditation, contemplation, journaling, and restorative rest, you’ll begin creating more space inside your nervous system for clarity, calm, and healing.
Because self-care isn’t supposed to feel like another impossible standard to achieve.
It’s supposed to feel nourishing.
Simple.
Doable.
Sacred.
And sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is allow ourselves to slow down long enough to receive support.
If you’ve been craving a reset…
If your body has been asking you to listen…

There is no “right way” to join us.
You do not need to have it together.
You do not need to be flexible, spiritual, experienced, or prepared.
