Toxic Exposure Isn’t Just in Our Food: A Call for Health, Dignity, and Accountability

Listen, this is coming from someone who deeply worries about toxic exposure.
To our bodies. To our land. To our children. To our future.

I care about the health of all humans and the planet we depend on.

I buy organic and directly from farmers whenever I can. I’m not a fan of GMOs, and I care deeply about farm workers not having to suit up head-to-toe in PPE just to minimize chemical exposure while doing essential work that feeds us all.

I use non-toxic cleaning products, hygiene items, and makeup because hormone-disrupting chemicals don’t just affect one system—they ripple through mental health, fertility, skin, metabolism, and overall vitality.

I minimize EMFs where I can. I don’t wear a smartwatch. I try not to carry my phone on my body when I’m not using it. I used to turn off my Wi-Fi every night (and honestly, I need to get back to that).

  • I’m steeped in holistic and functional nutrition.
  • I’m a Classical Homeopath and an Energy Worker.
  • I trust the body’s innate wisdom.
  • I believe in medical freedom.

And I could go on.

Because like many of you, I’ve had to learn outside the mainstream system - largely because our healthcare system is reactive, expensive, and often fails to look at root causes. People are left to figure it out alone. Parents are left scrambling. Families are left spending huge amounts of time, money, and energy just trying to feel okay.

No one should have to live paycheck to paycheck just to survive and heal.

Above all, I want everyone to have access to vibrant health - not just those who can afford the latest supplements, devices, filters, protocols, or practitioners.

This planet provides. We truly have more than enough.

Our birthright is to live to our fullest potential. And yet most people are barely surviving.

So to my crunchy friends—those watching from the sidelines, concerned about our food supply, unchecked chemical exposure, environmental toxins, and healthcare that only treats symptoms:

Is it really fair how much you have to spend just to function?

  • Organic food.
  • Clean makeup and cleaning supplies.
  • Organic cotton clothing.
  • Water filters.
  • Air purifiers.
  • Red light therapy.
  • Supplements.
  • Testing.
  • Consults.
  • Etc...

All in the name of healing (which oyou still have regualr day-to-day life to focus on) - when so much of this could be a basic right rather than a luxury.

This is why I’m alarmed by what ICE is deploying right now.

The use of LRAD (Long Range Acoustic Devices) isn’t just a crowd-control issue. It’s an environmental and public-health issue.

High-decibel acoustic weapons are associated with:

  • Permanent hearing damage, tinnitus, and ruptured eardrums

  • Severe nervous system dysregulation—dizziness, nausea, disorientation

  • Psychological distress and panic responses that don’t simply disappear afterward

These are not short-term effects. They can linger in bodies, communities, and ecosystems.

If you care about toxic exposure…
If you care about nervous system health…
If you care about children, elders, and people with chronic illness…
If you care about land, water, and long-term consequences…

Then this matters.

This isn’t about politics.
It’s about health.
It’s about dignity.
It’s about whether we believe some people deserve protection from harm while others don’t.

This is a moment to use your voice—not just for your own family, but for the people who don’t have the resources, platforms, or protection to speak for themselves.

We don’t heal in isolation.

And none of us are truly safe when harm becomes normalized (are we getting that now???).

Call your elected officials and raise your voice for what matters!
