Focus on self-love this Valentine's Day

Love yourself, they say.

 

Believe in yourself, they say.

 

Heal yourself, they say.

 

Prioritize yourself, they say.

 

Self-care is important, they say.

 

Be confident, they say.

 

You're not broken, they say.

 

You're already enough, they say.

 

AND you are down with it...BUT...how do you go about it?

 

It feels like some SECRET SOCIETY that you need a special password to access.

 

All these people seem to have unlocked deeper healing or growth or something (at least it “looks” that way) but you know you don’t have it.  

 

“They” make it sound so easy, just do these 18 steps, stop doing these 18 things, change these 18 things and then you’ll see XYZ results guaranteed.

 

But I know it feels elusive and has been evading you despite your best efforts.
