Leave your pain behind!

A previous 1:1 client sent me a few text updates.

This human had been feeling broken… in body, mind, and spirit.

Their body was betraying them.

Work sucked, relationships sucked, and it seemed like no matter what they did they were always in the wrong.

The last few years just made the pain of it all more acute.

Their autoimmune issues kept piling on. Each is worse than the last.

The only real hope was to keep the low level of health they were currently at…which wasn’t very good.

They were stuck pingponging between grief and regret, unable to dream or hope.

We worked together for 6 months.

- Sleep improved.

- Focus improved.

- Anxiety reduced.

- Productivity improved.

- Energy Improved.

- Boundaries were created and enforced.

- Their cough lessened and their breathing improved.

- They started to trust their body and listened to its needs and made modifications from a place of love instead of restriction and started to feel better despite the heavy diagnoses.

- They were able to cry tears where before they couldn’t even be produced.

- Intuition and inner knowing were reintroduced.

- They cultivated more Self-Confidence in who they are and Self-Acceptance.

- They knocked a bunch of big intimidating life items off their TO DO list.

And today the texts that came through said…

“I closed on my home!

I’m interviewing for my dream job! Remember I told you about it.

Mary it’s been ages since we saw each other but the stress and frustration was incredibly visible I look and feel so much better!!

My friends are calling it the year of (their name)!

You gave ME the gift of discovering myself and I am so very very grateful.  We need more people to wake us up! Should we clone you?”

All I can say is that this human was struggling…just limping along and now they are thriving.

—> This work we do…IT KEEPS WORKING, the tools and skills are lifelong and more than manageable.

And my clients are inspiring others, oh that ripple effect just does it for me!
