Hi, I'm Mary Langfield!

I am an Energy Alchemist whose goal is to help you Own Your Magnificence! I truly want you to love yourSELF! I want you to look in the mirror and feast your eyes upon yourSELF by seeing yourSELF clearly. I want you to feel great in your body as well as about yourself.

I am also a recovering Certified Holistic Health Coach. What do I mean by that?
 
Well, I used to be extremely focused on weight loss and its perceived value on our health. I have come a long way and now my relationship with food and diet is very different. In the past, it was about restriction and eating “good” foods. However, if you are like me you still notice the impact that food has on your body and mind. So I wanted to create a program that allows us to focus our attention on our bodies in a holistic fashion coming from a place of mindfulness first and foremost. As this was a process for me to learn how to trust my body as well as to honor EXACTLY where I am at any point in time…I thought you might appreciate and benefit from the same.
 
Let’s take some time to tend to nourish yourSELF: What you eat, how you move, how you speak to yourSELF, what you watch, who you are spending time with, what you spend your energy on, etc.

But Mary, Why Now? 

According to Ayurveda, seasonal transitions can be extra difficult. You may have already noticed allergies, a spring cold, maybe your joints are especially achy, and possibly you are feeling a tad moodier and simply feeling anything but joyful in your day-to-day.

Seasonally as we welcome Spring we notice obvious changes like the weather and the added sunlight, but there are also food changes, our cravings change, and our interests may shift. 
 
And although the sun is shining and things are beginning to green… you may find you lack the vital energy you need for social activities, or feel more wired and tired than content and peaceful.
